In these Living Fully Magic Trips I will share with you everything I used to heal myself and save my life a couple of times already during a very difficult period of 7 years, when all the following events happened one after another with no break in between:

​

• From one moment to another I had to have surgery to remove a 1cm stone from my left kidney!

• After suffering for 10 years with a strong pain on the right side of my body, I found out I had a huge gallstone and faced death for the first time after a surgery to extrat either stone and orgain,

• Deep disconnection and depression that head me to divorce from what was considered “a perfect relationship”  in order to change country, thinking everything would be solved….but not really!

• After 12 years in a peaceful marriage life I faced a horrible and traumatic relationship, and for the first time I learned I could hate someone!

• Financial problems after I lost my job,

• Pulmonary embolism in both lungs, 2 weeks in hospital (meditating), one week hearing three times per day I was going to die, and another time face to face with death!

• Two surgeries in my hands with complications and long time to recover!

• Then, when I was almost fit from my last surgery, it happened what I call, “the cherry on the top of my cake”, I got a run over, when a car ran over me just in front of my house! Then I developed the post-traumatic stress disorder, more than one year sleeping only 3 hours per night (full of nightmares and panic attacks) and my body crashed completely!

However, from all those events, I could extract only the best of each moment and this was what kept me away of getting crazy and ending up in a psychiatric hospital! My therapist said:

- “you always make a nice lemonade of a lemon”!
